1. GENERAL INFORMATION
31. World Congress, held every other year by International Road Transport Union (IRU), will be organized under the leadership of Turkish Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges (TOBB) and in collaboration with International Transporters Association (UND) and Turkish Federation of Coach Owners (TOFED) on May 15-16, 2008 in the framework of enclosed (1) congress program at the Lütfi Kırdar Exhibition and Convention Center in Istanbul. 2. ACCREDITATION
Members of the press who wish to cover the Congress should apply for accreditation to the address below in person or by fax by May 09.
a) Members of the national press should legibly fill in the enclosed (2) accreditation form (also available at www.byegm.gov.tr) and attach a copy of their press card. (Media members without this press card should apply with a letter of authorization from their media organization and a copy of their official ID cards.)
b) Resident members of the foreign press in Turkey should legibly fill in the enclosed (2) accreditation form (also available at www.byegm.gov.tr) and attach a copy of their press card.
c) Members of the foreign press coming from abroad should legibly fill in the enclosed (2) accreditation form (also available at www.byegm.gov.tr) and attach a copy of their local press card, a letter of authorization from their media organization and a copy of their passport.

3. ACCREDITATION CARDS
Members of the press should collect their accreditation cards in person by presenting an ID card or passport from the Press Center to be established at the Lütfi Kırdar Exhibition and Convention Center as of May 14.
