OH NO!  This is not my work of art though I look quite messy without doing it. This is a tile produced in KÜTAHYA.

At the foot of a hill crowned by an 11th. C. citadel, Kütahya became in the 14th. C. an independent principality until its absorption into the Ottoman Empire.

Like İZNİK, Kütahya was an important Ottoman centre for the manufacture of tiles.
Kütahya to-day produces beautiful ceramic plates and vases with handpainted Turkish designs.
